I'm Lisa Rehnelt, founder of Pandare Agency and an IPMA Level C certified project manager. Events are more than a field of work to me. I love developing a first idea into an experience that convinces creatively and works operationally.

Why Pandare

Passion, with aproject plan.

Even during my studies in Sport and Event Management, what excited me most was turning first thoughts into event concepts that hold up. I like to think ahead, I see how things connect, and I keep looking for a solution until an idea becomes a workable plan.

That instinct does not stop at the office. Even my private trips begin with a plan in Excel, complete with formulas and a full cost calculation. Not because they have to. Because I genuinely love planning.

Most recently, as a project manager, I helped deliver major events in Hamburg and shared responsibility for everything from workforce planning to quality on site. I coordinated deployments for more than 350 people, worked on proposals and budgets and stayed close to the production itself.

Before that, I led locations and teams of around 100 to 120 people, developed processes further and improved day to day operations. That combination of creative idea, clear steering and practical experience still shapes how I work today.

I lead with clarity, never from a distance. I connect easily with people, listen carefully, understand what a team needs and step in myself when necessary.

I know the reality behind great productions. A flawless experience may begin at four in the morning and still require decisions at midnight. That is exactly where I stay: where responsibility is taken and solutions are needed.

I do not believe in standard solutions. I believe in asking the right questions, planning precisely and developing an idea until it works.
